We are a small business offering our 3 bed apartment in Brighton for short/ medium and long term rental.

Rules

Welcome to Bellaco!

House Manual and rules

CHECK-IN: from 3pm.

CHECK-OUT: before 11am.

Early check-in: can be arranged depending if property is ready and  minimum 3 hours notice is given to host.

*Please note that un-arranged late checkouts will result in a penalty charge of £250.

* KEYS: You will be given the code to the lockbox to get the keys. The lockbox is outside the apartment.

WIFI / INTERNET :The house has free Wi-Fi. ID and password can be found in the welcome pack at the property.

HOT WATER: The hot water is currently on a timer function where the water will heat up 3 times a day, in: the morning, the afternoon, the evening. If you require more hot water during the day please refer to the Welcome Pack for instructions at the apartment.

HEATING: Please refer to the Welcome Pack for instructions at the apartment.

House rules:

Quiet time is from 10pm, please respect the neighbours

  • No smoking
  • No parties
  • Report any damage to team@bellaco-estates.com or call  +447939841215 
  • Leave the property in the same condition as you checked in
  • Do not remove any items from the premises.
  • Do not switch off or unplug the Wifi router
  • Leave used towels in the bathroom tub/inside shower stall upon check-out


On check out:

Check out is at 11am.

  • Turn off all the lights, Close all windows
  • Lock all doors Wash all soiled dishes and cutlery
  • Turn off the cooker and oven.
  • Turn off the heating
  • Hot water: ensure the switch is set the “PROG SET” 
  • Return the keys in the digital lockbox, if your code does not work. Leave the keys on the kitchen counter.
    • Notify the host where you left the keys. 
    • Do not leave keys in communal area.
    • Do not post keys through letter box.
  • Notify host of your departure: send a message via the way you made the booking or email team@bellaco-estates.com or call +447939841215
